      fast and easy

      I used this kit with fresh tissues since the target area was quite small. Very easy and straightforward. I prolonged the lysis step to 2 hours.
      My one issue is that the storage conditions of the kit components vary based on where you read. In the booklet, most of them are to be stored at RT, while on the individual tubes/bags, they state 4degrees.
