Hi – we’re looking at possible cleavage of human DNA-PK, we recognize a smaller fragment with an antibody to the C-terminus, would be helpful to have an antibody to recognize the other cleavage product which is likely the N-terminus. Can you recommend an antibody? None of your listed antibodies specify what the target was, so I can’t if it’s to full-length, N- or C-terminus. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this. I've spoken with the lab regarding our Anti-DNA PKcs antibodies and have found that ab1832 would most likely fulfill your needs as it's epitope site is between aa1-2713. I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
