Answer

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I am sorry to hear you have had difficulty obtaining satisfactory results from this antibody in lateral flow experiments.

We appreciate your valuable feedback. Regrettably, this antibody has not been tested in lateral flow, so we would unfortunately not be able to guarantee how well it will work in this case.

I would like to investigate this particular case for you, and also obtain more information for our quality monitoring records. In order to proceed with this, I would appreciate if you are able to provide some further information on the experiments:

1. Please provide more detail regarding what type of samples were tested?
2. What was the protocol used?
3. I would appreciate if you could also provide any images which would help us to assess the results.

Also, could you confirm if the antibody has been tried in a tested application? I would like to reassure you that this antibody is tested and covered by our 6 month guarantee for ICC/IF, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry. In the event that a product is not functioning in the tested applications and species cited on the product data sheet (and the problem has been reported within 6 months of purchase), we will be pleased to provide a credit note, free of charge replacement or refund.

Thank you for your time and cooperation. We look forward to receiving the requested information.

Answer

My colleague is out of office and she has asked me to look after her customers in her absence.

Thank you for response and for confirming the product code, the batch and the order number> I am a bit confused about this enquiry since ab7009 is a donkey polyclonal antibody and not sheep, so it contains donkey IgG (F(ab')2) - fragment.

It was raised against sheep IgG so the immunogne is sheep IgG whole molecule but the actual product consists of donkey immunoglobulins.

Furthermore, ab7009 has not been tested in IP or any separation technique which requires beads. It has been characterized ICC/IF, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cyt.

If you need any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me.
