  • Relevance

    DUS2L is a dihydrouridine synthase that catalyzes the reduction of the 5,6-double bond of a uridine residue on the displacement loop of tRNA. The resultant modified base, 5,6-dihydrouridine, appears to increase the conformational flexibility and dynamic motion of tRNA.

  • All lanes : Anti-DUS2L antibody [EPR14042] (ab181262) at 1/2000 dilution

    All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L) HRP at 1/1000 dilution

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells (-20°C acetone-fixed) labeling DUS2L with ab181262 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) secondary at 1/200 dilution and counter-stained with DAPI (blue).

  • Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells (paraformaldehyde-fixed, 2%) labeling DUS2L with ab181262 at 1/80 dilution (red) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green), followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) secondary at 1/150 dilution.

  • Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitation pellet from A549 cell lysate (lane 1) or a negative control (lane 2) immunoprecipitated using ab181262 at 1/50 dilution.
    Secondary antibody: Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1500 dilution.
