    Lane 1 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 50 µg
    Lane 2 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 15 µg
    Lane 3 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 5 µg

    Developed using the ECL technique.

    Exposure time: 3 minutes
  • ab87842 (lane 1) or a control IgG (lane 2) were used at a concentration of 10µg per mg of lysate to immunoprecipitate 1 mg of HeLa whole cell lysate.
    20% of IP was loaded in each lanel and probed with ab87842 at 1µg/ml.
    Detection: chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
