Customer reviews and Q&As

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry to hear you are having a problem with ab1363. I would like to suggest the following modifications to your protocol: One change I can suggest in your protocol is to do 5 x 5 minutes washes for primary and secondary antibodies as opposed to 3 x 10 minutes. More frequent but shorter washes will get rid of unbound antibody better. To clarify your question at the end of the questionnaire, this antibody is specific to DUSP, not USP. Also, we recommend using BSA in the blocking step as opposed to milk. If these modifications do not help you to get better results, please let me know and we can discuss a free of charge replacement or a refund. Please let me know if this helps and do not hesitate to contact us for further advice.
