curious about 90kD band. even if the immunogen sequence recognizes isoform 3, since this is just a smaller portion of isoform 1 shouldn't the antibody also recognize isoform 1? So you have any data on the ˜500kD band that is predicted? is isofrm 3 a cytoplasmic protein?

Based on the sequence of the immunizing peptide, there is 100% homology to isoforms 1, 2 and 3 (http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q9NYC9). Unfortunately, we do not have data showing the presence of a ˜500kD band at this time.
