Phone call requesting advice on the solubility of Dyngo-4a. Have made a stock solution of 30 mM which has then been diluted to 1/1000 but the compound is precipitating out.

Thank you for contacting us.
Our chemistry team have previously investigated the solubility of Dyngo-4a™. They found that it is soluble to 100 mM in DMSO. They also found that it was possible to achieve a concentration of 0.03 mM in 1 % DMSO/water without precipitation occurring.
The dilution which you are currently performing (30 mM stock diluted by 1/1000) results in a final concentration of 0.03 mM in 0.1 % DMSO/water. Therefore in order to improve the solubility you have been observing I would suggest increasing the DMSO content by a factor of 10.
I hope that this information is helpful. If you would like to discuss this matter further I would be happy to help.
