Inquiry: Hi, I was wondering if Dyngo 4a is a reversible inhibitor of dynamin (another inhibitor you sell, Pitstop 2, is reversible upon washing). Also, does serum in the medium inhibit the effects of Dyngo?

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately we do not test the biological activity of our compounds in-house but I have consulted the literature for these types of questions. So far there have been 3 publications using this product:
Unfortunately none of them describe a reversible nature of the Dyngo-4a so we cannot provide this information. The middle one used Ringer's solution which does not contain serum. The first seem to have used media with 0.1% BSA which is quite low levels of serum but they did show functionality with the product.
I wish I could provide more information in this case, please let me know if you have any further questions.
