This application derivatizes 8-um steptavidin-coated beads with 1.9 ug ab68451 maximum from a 4 ug/mL solution to trap Escherichia Coli (ATCC 25922 cell line) labelled with SYBR Green I from PBS dilutions of cell culture in LB medium. The attached image shows the protocols used, the estimation of bead coverage by comparing the intrinsic fluorescence of the antibody incubation solution, and fluorescence microscopy images of the beads covered with SYBR Green bacteria and the solution washed off during magnetic separation. Single microscopy images are available, if needed.
