Immunofluorescent staining of Human cell line U-2 OS shows positivity in cytoplasm. Recommended concentration of ab121241 1-4 µg/ml. Cells treated with PFA/Triton X-100.
Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections) of Human testis tissue sections labelling EAN57 with ab121241 (1/20). Antigen retrieval was by HIER pH6. Immunohistochemical staining shows strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity in a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts.
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embedded Human duodenum tissue, using 1/35 ab121241, shows strong cytoplasmic positivity in enteroendocrine cells.
