I am sorry to hear that the ab16128 provides some unspecific data. We take product complaints very seriously, and investigate every product that we feel may not be performing correctly.
Please do send us the results with the protocol information showing the crossreactivity. I am attachingalso ourquestionnaire which will help you to put the protocol information together. Please feel free to use them if they help. Once we received your reply,I will look at the data and see if there are any suggestions we can make that may improve the results. This information will also allow us to investigate this case internally and initiate additional testing where necessary. If the product is unspecific, we would be happy to replace or refund the antibody.
