      This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab133695).

    • ab133695 (red), at 1/10, staining Egr1 in permeabilized NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryo fibroblast cell line) cells treated with 20% FBS using flow cytometric analysis. The green curve corresponds to a Rabbit IgG (negative control).

      This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing tissue culture supernatant, PBS, BSA, glycerol and sodium azide (ab133695).
