Antonella Franco is an international HR leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the healthcare and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Abcam and Danaher, she spent 12 years in global HR roles at GE HealthCare, following more than eight years at Bosch in both Italy and Germany. Her career encompasses strategic and operational HR across diverse global business environments, with a focus on transformation, growth, and post-merger integration.

Antonella holds a master’s degree from the University of Turin, Italy, and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is widely recognized for her ability to align people and strategy with business goals, driving sustainable performance and long-term impact.
