It contains:

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTES:

Storage instructions: Shipped on dry ice. Store at -20°C long term.

Storage buffer: 120 µl in TE Buffer pH 8.0 (10mM TrisHCl, 0.1mM EDTA)

Concentration: 5nM for each Probe

Use this Probe R as explained in the GeoMx DSP nCounter Readout User Manual from NanoString (www.nanostring.com/geomx-online-user-manual). Each 120 µl of Probe R Mix is sufficient for 12 slides at 48 regions of interest per slide, or 576 total regions of interest.
