Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (EDTA-free) ab201111 inhibit a variety of endogenous proteases to protect your protein samples from degradation.

Ideal for mammalian cell/tissue lysates and bacterial cell extracts using metal chelation chromatography.

Target proteases - serine proteases, aminopeptidase B, leucine aminopeptidase, cysteine proteases, aspartic proteases

Inhibitors included - AEBSF hydrochloride, aprotinin (bovine lung), bestatin, E-64, leupeptin hemisulfate, pepstatin A

Form: Supplied in DMSO (1 ml)

Preparation: The recommended starting dilution is 1:200
