Product details

10 mM ATP stock solution used for preparing hot ATP assay cocktail.

Formulation: Frozen solution containing: 10 mM MOPS, pH7.2, 12.5 mM ß-glycerol-phosphate, 25 mM MgCl2, 5 mM EGTA, 2 mM EDTA and 0.25 mM DTT.

Sterility: Buffer passed through a 0.2μ filter membrane and packaged aseptically.

Storage and Stability: Store product at -20°C (stable for 1 yr at -20°C from date of shipment). For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favourable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
