10x stock solution used for assaying protein kinase activity of CAMK family members.

Formulation: Frozen solution of buffer containing: 50 ng/μl Calmodulin, 4 mM CaCl2, 10 mM Tris-HCL, pH7.2

Storage and Stability: Store product at -20°C. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favourable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
