Creatine assay method
Creatinine Assay Kit ab204537 is based upon the Jaffe reaction. Creatinine reacts with alkaline picrate to produce an orange color. The color intensity is measured before and after adding acid, and the difference is proportional to the creatinine concentration.

Creatinine Assay protocol summary:

- Add reaction mix and incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature
