Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Microglia - Human iPSC derived cells (GFP - expressing) (Male, WC-30) (AB315373)
This image was produced using ab315372 - the non GFP-expressing cells. Marker Expression : Confirmed expression of microglia surface markers including : CD45, CD11b, CX3CR1, P2RY12, and TMEM119. Immunocytochemistry shortly after plating microglia (shown here with a DAPI stain) reveals prominent expression of TREM2 (green) and IBA1 (red).

Product details
These products are extremely sensitive and require specific conditions to maintain cell health and functionality. Please refer to the recommended protocols for the correct methodology in plating and maintaining these cells.
This product is a GFP expressing alternative to (ab315372).
Human Microglia are derived from normal control iPSC line WC-30, ubiquitously expressing eGFP. Confirmed expression of microglia surface markers including: CD45, CD11b, CX3CR1, P2RY12, and TMEM119. Immunocytochemistry shortly after plating microglia reveals prominent expression of TREM2 and IBA1. Microglia demonstrate phagocytosis and can be stimulated to secrete a variety of cytokines.
