Product details

Mitochondrial Complex III Activity Assay kit (ab287844) is based on the reduction of cytochrome c through the activity of Complex III. The absorbance of reduced cytochrome c can be measured at 550 nm. It is a fast and reliable method to determine the activity of complex III in isolated mitochondria. The kit can detect as low as 10 mU/ml and is linear up to 30 mU/ml.

Other Notes
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K520 Mitochondrial Complex III Activity Assay Kit. K520-100 is the same size as the 100 test size of ab287844.
