Product details

GTP-Agarose (ab270533) comprises GTP attached to agarose beads. A long hydrophilic spacer (14-atom) is used to minimize unwanted hydrophobic interactions and to facilitate unhindered interactions with biomolecules. The GTP is coupled via its -phosphate group which means that the resin is resistant to phosphatases found in many crude tissue extracts.

This product is manufactured by Expedeon, an Abcam company. It was previously called High Capacity GTP Agarose - 2ml. Expedeon product code 505-0002 is the same as the 2 mL size of this product.

Benefits include

  • Quick and easy to use
  • Extremely stable
  • Can be used in column chromatography or batch processing
  • Stringently QC tested.
