MW 548.7 g/mol, Purity >98%. Chromogenic peroxidase substrate widely utilized in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) procedures. Produces a soluble end product that is green in color and can be read spectrophotometrically at 405 nm. Also used in the food industry to measure the antioxidant capacities of foods.
