Biological description

Sulfhydryl-reactive, medium length (29.2 angstroms) reversible biotinylation reagent. Forms reversible disulfide links which can be cleaved using DTT or other reducing agents. Tags S-nitrosylated proteins, following reduction of SNO groups to thiols.
