MW 586.55 g/mol, Purity >85%. Green fluorescent dye for the labeling of primary amines. Fluorescein labeling reagent with a hexanoic spacer that improves the reactive group accessibility for nucleophiles in preparation of bioconjugates. Reactive N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) group can be used for easy attachment to proteins or amine containing nucleotides. Excitation maximum = 491 nm; emission maximum = 515 nm.
