    C1 and C2 - Inhibition of climbing fiber to Purkinje cell EPSCs in (control; black) by 1 mM Kynurenic acid (red, ab120064) or 100 nM NBQX (green, NBQX, AMPA / kainate antagonist ab120045) recorded in 2.5 mM external Ca2+ at 0.05 Hz (C1) and 2 Hz (C2) stimulation frequency.
