Endogenous MDM2 and MDM4 selective inhibitor. Detergent. Solubilizes dietary fats for absorption. Increases p53 and cyclin D1 promoter activity and endogenous p53 and cyclin D1 expression and apoptosis. Shows cancer cell selective antiproliferative effects. Shows cholagogue and choleretic effects in vivo.
