This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called LLL12, 1792. 1792 is the same size as the 25 mg version of ab300262.

Inhibits Stat3 (Tyr705) phosphorylation. Inhibits Stat3 activity. Downregulates STAT3 downstream targets. Inhibits proliferation and migration of glioblastoma, breast cancer and pancreatic cancer cell lines. Minimal apoptotic effects on normal human cells.

Purity is ≥95% by 1H NMR.

Soluble in DMSO.
