OxiRed™ probe (CAS: 119171-73-2) (ab142045) is a highly sensitive and stable peroxidase fluorogenic substrate. MW 257.24, Purity >99%.
- Excitation/Emission = 535/587 nm and colorometric (λ = 570 nm) substrate for peroxidase
- In the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) the OxiRed probe (ab142045) reacts in a 1:1 stoichiometry with H2O2 to produce highly fluorescent resorufin
