    Interpolated concentration of native ICAM4 was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted sample is as follows: TF-1 cell extract (250 ug/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in antibody diluent CP2 (ab319981). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
