Cell lysates

Including lines from human, mouse, rat, cow, rabbit, guinea pig, Arabidopsis and hamster.

Cell lysates are commonly derived from cell lines using lysis buffers. They're often used as positive or negative controls in western blot and ELISA experiments to ensure antibody specificity. Cell lysates are considered more convenient to use than a live cell line without the need for cell culture, and are an excellent tool when using denatured proteins is appropriate.

We have over 2,700 knock-out cell lysates in our catalog, generated using CRISPR/Cas0 genome editing technology. Save time with immediate access to the industry's largest library of immortalized diploid KO cell lines including HeLa, HEK293T, A549, HCT116, Hep G2, and MCF7, derived from single-cell clones.
