Abcam's Unblocked protein A beads are agarose beads that have been extensively validated in chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP).

These beads are intended for isolation of immune complexes (chromatin and specific antibody) in ChIP experiments. The beads are suitable for immunoprecipitation of rabbit polyclonal Abs, mouse IgG2a, IgG2b and IgA, guinea pig IgG, dog IgG, pig IgG.

The beads should be washed before use.

Beads supplied as a supension1:4. Keep the beads in Liquid suspension during storage as drying will result in reduced performance.
