Flow Cytometry - 560/585 nm Extracellular Vesicle Membrane Staining Kit (ab314687)
SEC-purified MCF-7-derived EVs were stained with 560/585 EV Membrane Stain (ab314687) (left). Specific staining was seen, compared with the same stain in buffer (right). EVs were detected on a CytoFLEX LX flow cytometer in the PE channel.
