Flow Cytometry - 640/660 nm Extracellular Vesicle Membrane Staining Kit (AB314688)
SEC-purified MCF-7-derived EVs were stained with 640/660 EV Membrane Stain (ab314688) (left). Specific staining was seen, compared with the same stain in buffer (right). EVs were detected on a CytoFLEX LX flow cytometer in the APC channel.

640/660 nm Extracellular Vesicle Membrane Staining Kit (ab314688) was designed to overcome some of the challenges of EV detection, particularly in flow cytometry. CTB EV stains bind to molecules in the EV membrane for bright, specific staining, with little to no background.
