iFluor® Red 750 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using iFluor® Red 750 Conjugation Kit ab312811. 100% antibody recovery.
iFluor® Red 750 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using iFluor® Red 750 Conjugation Kit ab312811. 100% antibody recovery.
iFluor® Red 750 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Red Laser-excitable iFluor® Red 750. This dye is optimized to have minimal fluorescence quenching effect on proteins and nucleic acids, with a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 753/779 nm respectively. Comparison studies indicate that iFluor® 750 is significantly brighter than the corresponding Cy7® and Alexa Fluor® 750, These characteristics make it an excellent replacement for these dyes. iFluor® Red 750 is a stable dye and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of iFluor® Red 750 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody
Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits

Flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells incubated with (red) or without (green) anti-human HLA-ABC (W6/32 mAb). Cells were then incubated with goat anti-mouse IgG labeled using the iFluor® 750 Antibody Labeling Kit (ab312811). The fluorescence signal was monitored using ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer in the APC-Cy7 channel.
