Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - iFluor® Ultraviolet 350 Conjugation Kit (AB312809)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells labeling tubulin with mouse anti-tubulin followed by a goat anti-mouse IgG labeled using the iFluor® Ultraviolet 350 Conjugation Kit (ab312809).
Product details
iFluor® Ultraviolet 350 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Ultraviolet Laser-excitable iFluor® Ultraviolet 350. This dye is optimized to have minimal fluorescence quenching effect on proteins and nucleic acids, with a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 350/440 nm respectively. : iFluor® Ultraviolet 350 is a stable dye and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of iFluor® Ultraviolet 350 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody
Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits
