mFluor™ Red 780 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using mFluor™ Red 780 Conjugation Kit ab312808. 100% antibody recovery.
mFluor™ Red 780 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using mFluor™ Red 780 Conjugation Kit ab312808. 100% antibody recovery.
mFluor™ Red 780 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Red Laser-excitable mFluor™ Red 780. This dye has a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 629/780 nm respectively. These characteristics make it an excellent replacement for Alexa Fluor 700-APC tandem. In addition, mFluor™ Red 780 is a small organic molecule that is much easier to use than the Alexa Fluor 750-APC tandem. mFluor™ Red 780 is a stable dye and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of mFluor™ Red 700 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody
Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits

Flow cytometric analysis of differentiated HL-60 cells labelling CD45 using an anti-CD45 antibody labeled using the mFluor™ Red 780 Antibody Labeling Kit (ab312808). HL-60 cells were treated with 1.25% DMSO for 4 days to differentiate. Live cells were then incubated with 1 µg/mL anti-CD45-mFluor™ 780 or IgG-mFluor™ 780 control and analyzed by NovoCyte.
