mFluor™ Violet 510 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using mFluor™ Violet 510 Conjugation Kit ab312806. 100% antibody recovery.
mFluor™ Violet 510 conjugation / labeling in < 4 hrs with 30 secs hands-on time using mFluor™ Violet 510 Conjugation Kit ab312806. 100% antibody recovery.
mFluor™ Violet 510 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Violet Laser-excitable mFluor™ Violet 510. This dye has a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 414/508 nm respectively. mFluor™ Violet 510 is a stable dye that shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.
This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of mFluor™ Violet 510 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody
Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits

Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells undergoing apoptosis. Jurkat cells were treated with (red) or without 1 µM staurosporine (green) for 4 hours at 37 C. Cells were then incubated with Annexin V labeled using the mFluor™ Violet 510 Antibody Labeling Kit (ab312806) for 30 minutes to identify apoptotic cells. Fluorescence intensity was measured using an ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer.
