Product details

XFD750 Conjugation Kit provides a convenient method for labelling small amounts of monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) with the Red Laser-excitable XFD750. This dye is chemically equivalent to Alexa Fluor® 750, with a fluorescence maxima (Ex/Em) of 752/776 nm respectively. These characteristics make it an excellent replacement for Alexa Fluor® 750. XFD750 is a stable dye and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups.

This conjugation kit has all the essential components to perform two separate labelling reactions with no column purification needed. Each of the two vials of iFluor® Red 750 provided in the kit is optimized for labelling ~50 μg antibody.

Impure antibodies or antibodies stabilized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) or gelatin will not be labelled well, Abcam offers a range of purification kits
