For quantification purposes, our SimpleStep ELISA kits yield results within 90 minutes and are available in a 384-well format for increased throughput.

These impurities, if not adequately removed, can affect product safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity. HCP ELISA kits offer high sensitivity and broad coverage, enabling manufacturers to monitor purification processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
We offer generic host cell protein ELISA kits for CHO and E. coli (ab240996and ab240997), but also individual HCP ELISA kits to detect high-risk CHO proteins like PLBL2 (phospholipase B-Like 2), clusterin, etc.
384-well ELISA kits
Drug Discovery often involves screening a large number of samples with limited volumes with a fast turnaround time.
Our 384-well SimpleStep ELISA® kits use a 90-minute, single-wash protocol to measure up to 180 samples in duplicates. They use only 12.5 μL of the final sample volume. These kits are also ideal for assaying supernatants of cells or organoids grown in 384-well plates, as they maintain the sample mapping and traceability, making it easier to read results.
