Note: Anti-Canakinumab ELISA kit ab282897 is intended for Research Use Only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Anti-Canakinumab ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the detection of antibodies to Canakinumab in human serum or plasma. Controls and samples (serum or plasma) are added in the microtiter plate coated with Canakinumab. After incubation, the wells are washed and the enzymatic activity is detected by the addition of chromogen-substrate. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The color developed is proportional to the amount of antibodies specific for Canakinumab present in the samples and controls. The qualitative test results can be evaluated using cut-off value.

Cross Reactivity: Except for Canakinumab, there is no cross reaction with other therapeutic antibodies and native serum immunoglobins.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called E4868 BioSim™ anti-Canakinumab (Human) ELISA Kit. E4868-100 is the same size as the 1 x 96 tests size of ab282897.
