Serum of ten individual healthy Species male donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +- SD, n=2). The mean Cotinine concentration was determined to be 98.5 ng/mL with a range of 0.2 – 355.6 ng/mL.

Cotinine ELISA Kit - Extracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Cotinine with a sensitivity of 22.793pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.
