Free Cotinine was spiked into the following samples and diluted in a 2-fold dilution series in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR. Undiluted samples are 500 µg/mL A549 cell extract, HeLa cell extract, Jurkat cell extract, and Human lung extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).

Cotinine ELISA Kit - Intracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Cotinine with a sensitivity of 18.804pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.
-Colormetric competitive ELISA - 450 nm readout- works on any standard plate reader.
-Different formats for different needs: 10 x 96 plates for bulk orders
-A 384-well SimpleStep ELISA® microplate (ab203359) is available to use as an alternative to the 96-well microplate provided with SimpleStep ELISA® kits.
