Dog CRP (C-Reactive protein) ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent is a 55-min single-wash SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA for the rapid quantification of Dog CRP (C-Reactive protein) with higher sensitivity and broader measuring range.

Interpolated concentrations of native CRP in dog serum and plasma samples.
The concentrations of CRP were measured in duplicates interpolated from the CRP standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 50% plasma (citrate) 50% plasma (heparin) 50% and plasma (EDTA) 25%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD n=2). The mean CRP concentration was determined to be 95.49 ng/mL in neat serum 294.4 ng/mL in neat plasma (citrate) 44.19 ng/mL in neat plasma (heparin) and 1113 ng/mL in neat plasma (EDTA).

Dog CRP (C-Reactive protein) ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326755) is a rapid single-wash sandwich 55-min ELISA to measure Dog CRP (C-Reactive protein) in Serum, EDTA Plasma, Cell culture media, Heparin Plasma, Citrate plasma with a sensitivity of 0.07 ng/mL.
How the assay works
Dog CRP (C-Reactive protein) ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326755) SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time. By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colorimetric ELISAs.
