Interpolated concentrations of spiked untreated eGFP in HeLa supernatant and spiked denatured eGFP in HeLa supernatant

Recombinant untreated and 2% SDS-denatured eGFP were diluted 1 : 20 in 50% Hela cell culture supernatant (prepared in Sample Diluent NS) to prepare the undiluted sample, and then diluted in a 2-fold dilution series in Sample Diluent NS + 1X Enhancer. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).

GFP ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent - Extracellular (ab326733) is a rapid single-wash sandwich 55-min ELISA to measure GFP in Cell culture supernatant with a sensitivity of 0.29 pg/mL.

How the assay works

GFP ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent - Extracellular (ab326733) SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time. By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colorimetric ELISAs.
