GFP SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of GFP protein in Cell culture supernatant. Quantitate GFP with 1.813 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Recombinant untreated and 2% SDS-denatured eGFP were diluted 1:20 in 50% Hela cell culture supernatant (prepared in Sample Diluent NS) to prepare the undiluted sample, and then diluted in a 2-fold dilution series in Sample Diluent NS + 1X Enhancer. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).
