Serum of ten individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean ANGPTL2/ARP2 concentration was determined to be 2,568.4 pg/mL with a range of 1,370.3 – 4,258.6 pg/mL

The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Human ANGPTL2/ARP2 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of ANGPTL2/ARP2 protein in Serum, Cit Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Cell culture media. Quantitate Human ANGPTL2/ARP2 with 51.624 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibodyanalyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time.
