SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibodyanalyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Serum of ten individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean ANGPTL2/ARP2 concentration was determined to be 2,568.4 pg/mL with a range of 1,370.3 – 4,258.6 pg/mL

Interpolated concentration of native ANGPTL2/ARP2 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 25% serum, 25% plasma (citrate), and 25% plasma (EDTA). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
