Human Carbonic Anhydrase 9/CA9 ELISA Kit (ab289905) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Human Carbonic Anhydrase 9/CA9 in cell culture supernatant samples. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human Carbonic Anhydrase 9/CA9 with 3.141 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time.
