Interpolated concentration of native Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 1 : 100, plasma (citrate) 1 : 200, plasma (EDTA) 1 : 100, plasma (heparin) 1 : 100, and cerebrospinal fluid 1 : 80. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Serum of eight individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 concentration was determined to be 302 ng/mL with a range of 175 – 386 ng/mL.

Human Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 (CRTAC1) ELISA Kit- Extracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Human Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 (CRTAC1) with a sensitivity of 9.19pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.

- Colormetric sandwich ELISA - 450 nm readout- works on any standard plate reader.

- Different format for different needs: 10 x 96 plates for bulk orders.

- Validated on a number of sample types including cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)
