Interpolated concentration of native Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are : 31.25 µg/mL TT cell extract and 500 µg/mL lung tissue extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer SSW.

Human Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 (CRTAC1) ELISA Kit- Intracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Human Cartilage Acidic Protein 1 (CRTAC1) with a sensitivity of 4.60pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.

-Colormetric sandwich ELISA - 450 nm readout- works on any standard plate reader.

-Different format for different needs: 10 x 96 plates for bulk orders
